1. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your in-game currency within 5-15 minutes for standard orders. During peak hours, delivery may take up to 30 minutes. If we are unable to complete your order within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
For orders placed via Goofish (formerly Xianyu), your payment is held in Alipay escrow until you confirm receipt. You can open a dispute at any time if delivery is not completed.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Order not delivered within the agreed timeframe
- Currency delivered to the wrong game account
- Incorrect amount of currency delivered
- Duplicate charge for the same order
- Service unavailable for your game/region after payment
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- Currency has been successfully delivered and confirmed by screenshot
- Incorrect UID or server region provided by the buyer
- Buyer's game account is banned or restricted by the game publisher (unrelated to our service)
- Change of mind after successful delivery
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through any of the following channels:
Please include your order number, game UID, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 24 hours.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Goofish orders: Refund processed through Alipay within 1-3 business days
- Direct payment orders: Refund issued within 24 hours via the original payment method
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate through the following channels:
- Goofish orders: Open a dispute through the Goofish platform. Alipay will mediate.
- Direct orders: Contact us on Telegram or WhatsApp for further review.
