1. Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your in-game currency within 5-15 minutes for standard orders. During peak hours, delivery may take up to 30 minutes. If we are unable to complete your order within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.

For orders placed via Goofish (formerly Xianyu), your payment is held in Alipay escrow until you confirm receipt. You can open a dispute at any time if delivery is not completed.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect UID or server region provided by the buyer
  • Buyer's game account is banned or restricted by the game publisher (unrelated to our service)
  • Change of mind after successful delivery

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Goofish orders: Refund processed through Alipay within 1-3 business days
  • Direct payment orders: Refund issued within 24 hours via the original payment method
